Although we operate year-round, most of our group classes start the semester in September, and in January every year. Thus, the ideal time for a free preview lesson for the young beginner would be in August or December with the goal of having the student begin class at the start of the new semester.

Private lessons can have an ideal start anytime during the year.

For all group and private lessons, the school year consists of 44 meetings — of lessons and one or two recitals.

Our holidays are chosen so that over the course of a year, the Monday classes meet 44 times, as do the Tuesday classes, and Wednesday classes, and so on, even though the number of their meetings could be different within the same week or month.
